Empower Soap Solutions is partnering with Kibos School for the Blind, in collaboration with Friends of Kibos School, to launch a soap-making initiative aimed at improving sanitation and generating essential educational funding.

 

Kibos School for the Blind is a residential primary school supporting over 100 visually impaired pupils. Many of these children face significant socio-economic challenges, including poverty, neglect, parental substance misuse, or abandonment due to disability. Some are orphans; others have parents who are unable to care for them due to work obligations in distant locations.

 

Empower Soap Solutions has a long-standing relationship with Friends of Kibos School. One of our trustees, Lauren—herself blind—currently works at the school as both a therapist and a teacher. Her personal experience and professional expertise offer valuable insight into the students' potential and the practical implementation of this initiative.
